From the press information reflected, Quang Trung Industrial Group has invested time and effort in surveying and seriously studying the advantages and disadvantages of pedestrian bridges. Accordingly, pedestrians have to climb stairs equivalent to 2.3-storey houses and people with disabilities cannot use the pedestrian bridge at all.

For 7 approved pedestrian bridges, Ho Chi Minh City will not have to spend additional investment. All investment capital to turn the traditional pedestrian bridge into a modern walking and elevator complex will be invested by Quang Trung Industry Group.
We think that, when Ho Chi Minh City synchronizes the overpass as above, we will propose an investment rate of 80% of the city's capital and 20% of the enterprise's capital to ensure the interests of the parties.
