Starting a business from passion

Mr. Nguyen Tang Cuong - General Director of Quang Trung Industry Group built the company from scratch. In the 1990s, the country was extremely difficult when struggling to turn itself into a commodity economy. At this time, there is no place in the country where Industry-grade steel products can be produced. Most products for the industry must be imported. At that time, with passion, not afraid of difficulties and hardships, the young duty soldier Nguyen Tang Cuong was determined to explore and create. With a small production complex with several buying facilities liquidated, after many failures, he successfully built more than 100 types of productecial steel.

After 5 years, with a passion for creativity, he directed himself to manufacture lifting equipment. All lifting equipment are "Made in Vietnam". This is the honor for the country. So far, the company has produced 50 types of cranes with a localization rate of over 85%. Successful manufacture of cranes, Quang Trung Group has opened a new page for the country's industry. Not only saving budget for the country but also bringing Vietnam to a new height in the field of industry.

The giant crane

With the ambition to create many products for the country, Mr. Cuong has always sought, created and produced a giant crane for Son La Hydropower Plant. At the time when the country was still importing machinery and suffered high prices, Quang Trung Group successfully built a crane with a lifting capacity of up to 1,200 tons. This has helped to shorten the construction time of this first-class project.

Eproductecially in the world, only a few countries that are capable of producing productecial cranes reach over 1,000 tons. Major projects in Vietnam are ordered to design and manufacture abroad. However, after ordering, people have to wait about 1 year to receive the device. In addition, there is also a very expensive fee when ordering single and shipping. With the production of the giant crane, the name Quang Trung was associated with the biggest crane manufacturing brand in Vietnam.

Currently, Quang Trung can supply 9 types of bridges, serving all projects. Quang Trung also provides free consultancy, installation, emergency repair, periodic maintenance of cranes, crane gates and lift ladders.
