So today, Quang Trung would like to share with the experience quiescence when dealing with crashes about cranes that customers often encounter.

Some problems of cranes often encounter:

1. Very loud whistling sounds from the crane

This hiss greatly affects the crane operator, normally it is created compared to the friction between the steering wheel and the steel wheel or rail. The sound of metal plates rubbing together creates a very annoying squeak.

Remedy: Check the deflection of the wheel and the rails, correct the wheel box in parallel with the rail.

2. The crane does not work when the control button is turned on

It is usually the case that the crane does not receive signals from the control may be due to the out of control. Or it is because I forgot to turn on the on button on the control. Or because the power cabinet is broken.

Remedy: Replace the battery for control, check the electrical system in the electrical cabinet, clean the electrical cabinet, avoid ddeert the cabinet is wet.

3. Hot lifting and moving structure

 If the lifting mechanism or the moving mechanism is too hot, it may be due to overloaded crane or wet coil system. If this phenomenon occurs regularly, the crane is easy to damage the engine.

Remedy: Need to clean and dry the suction coil, turn on safety device overload when operating crane.

4. Slide the brake pads when lifting

This is usually caused by a worn out or broken brake fault that needs to change the brake pads in the event of a slip when lifting.
