CREATE MOLD

Molds are special tools that can cast liquid objects into cubes. When pouring or pressing metal, molten plastic, or any other molten material into the mold, they turn into solid objects. With modern software and the best 2D and 3D model scanners, the unit presents the 3D mold design, then correctly executes the molds using CNC technology to serve the casting technology.

Casting patterns can be processed from styrofoam (styrofoam molds in gas-casting technology), wood, aluminum ... Meet design requirements from small molds, complex properties, sophisticated patterns to size molds. largest size reaches 10000 x 6000 x 1000 mm.

The weight of the product ranges from 0.001 tons up to 30 tons
