Na Dan bridge is located in Don Phong commune – Bach Thong District – Bac Kan Province. The bridge plays a crucial role in stimulating the material and spiritual life of the people here.
Quang Trung Group completed the construction of Na Dan bridge
The bridge’s size is 1.5 x 40m, solidly built with modern design; the minimum lifetime is 25 years – which assures that motorbike, non-motorized vehicle and pedestrians can transport easily.
After going into operation, the bridge will serve an important roles in improving living standards for people here.
+ In terms of living standards and economy: the residents are able to travel, transport, and trade goods to the most remote and secluded villages and hamlets that were used to be isolated during flood season by more modern means like motorbikes (before they had to walk and carry goods).

+ Về đời sống, kinh tế: Người dân đã có thể đi lại, vận chuyển hàng hóa, giao thương hàng ngày bằng phương tiện hiện đại hơn là xe máy (trước đây phải đi bộ, gùi hàng) đến những bản, những làng xa xôi, hẻo lánh nhất mà trước đây bị cô lập trong mùa mưa lũ.
+ For cultural matter: Thanks to the suspension bridges, people from villages and hamlets who used to have isolated lives or who only know each other at shifted-markets can often interact and create a wide community connection. Books, newspapers, cultural products have been more regularly taken to remote villages, making people's knowledge of the society and the policy of the Party and the Government increasingly improved. People in remote areas have easier access to and participate in cultural community activities to improve the solidarity among ethnic groups.
+ Regarding the medical aspect: Doctors can easily access people living in villages that are remote, secluded and often isolated during the rainy season for medical examination and treatment. Patients suffering from fatal diseases, and pregnant women during birth-giving time can be promptly brought to clinics, and hospitals for treatment, avoiding the state of losing their life due to lack of transferring roads and vehicles transport.
+ Regarding education: Thanks to the suspension bridge, the pupils were able to go to school, not having to miss school in the rainy season; the teachers were able to go to school more conveniently. They could arrive the students' houses to visit, care for and support their study.
