In addition, the awareness of preserving and protecting the water supply and drainage systems of the people is still limited, there is still the waste disposal indiscriminately, causing flow congestion. The vision of planning the city's water supply and drainage systems is still inadequate and patchy. Understanding these reasons, this entrepreneur believes that his solution is the best way to handle Ho Chi Minh City's flooding situation, not the "slashing" of good ears.

The story he speaks, is practically recorded. Typically, the Group has successfully built a 500-ton crane for Se San 3 and Gia Lai Hydropower Plants in 2005. Mr. Cuong said, at that time, if buying a crane with similar capacity to foreign countries, the price will be 3 times higher than the price of the crane produced by his unit, not to mention it will take a whole year to get the machine to the building.
